6×17 now CNC built

The RealitySosubtle 6×17 panoramic pinhole camera is now manufactured using a CNC router. This allows much more precision than I could previously achieve using manual methods. I can also now offer a personalized name engraving service. New features include:

  • engraved aiming lines and logo
  • Name engraving option (+18)
  • beveled edges all around so no sharp corners
  • aiming lines for upper and lower pinhole now both printed on both sides of camera

Just had mine out at Blue Moon Camera today to show Zeb. I was having a bit of trouble loading film so he showed me a few tricks.
I love the camera. I am going to use it in Portland on WWPD. We have a lot of people coming here from out of town.

      Hi Gretchen,
You could also practice using empty rolls, i.e just the 120 paper on a reel. You should have some of that around. After a few tries it’s easy..

Thanks Valerie. You’re doing some nice work with paper negatives in the 6×17!
