      Hi Alex, there are many ways.. you could use a metering app on your iphone such as pinhole assist, or you could meter using another camera at say f11, then add the correct amount of stops to bring you to your pinhole aperture. Here’s the f-stop progression from f11..
      f11 – f16 – f22 – f32 – f45 – f64 – f90 – f128 – f180 – f256
      You can see that f200 is roughly 9 stops more than f11, so if you metered 1/250th sec at f11 you double that 9 times to get your exposure for f/200. (9 stops brings you to f/256 but better to go over than under). Doubling 1/250 9 times brings you to 2 seconds.
